"Innovative Food Science and Emerging Technologies (IFSET)" is the European-based official scientific journal of the European Federation of Food Science and Technology. The journal's goals are to disseminatic basic and applied research in food science and technology.
As of 2007, its co-editors are Dietrich Knorr of the Berlin University of Technology in Berlin, Germany and Marc C. Hendrickx of Katholieke Universiteit Leuven in Leuven, Belgium.
