Adélie Land meteorite

The Meteorite Adélie Land (named for Adélie Land) was discovered on December 5, 1912 in antarctica (67°11'S, 142°23'E) by Frank Bickerton (1889-1954).

It has a mass of one kilogram and was classified as L5-Chondrite. It was the first meteorite found in Antarctica.
