Sir George Cornewall, 2nd Baronet (8 November 1748 – 26 August 1819) was a British politician.
Baptised George Amyand, he was the son of Sir George Amyand, 1st Baronet and Anna Maria Korteen. Cornewall was educated at Christ Church, Oxford, where he graduated with a Master of Arts in 1769 and a Doctor of Civil Laws in 1773.
Having succeeded to his father's baronetcy in 1766, his name was changed to Cornewall by Royal Licence in 1771. He was Member of Parliament (MP) for Herefordshire from 1774 to 1796 and from 1802 to 1807. Cornwall served further in the Herefordshire Militia, reaching the rank of Colonel in 1805. He was buried in Moccas Court in Herefordshire.

On 18 July 1771, he married Catherine Cornewall, daughter of Velters Cornewall. They had at least seven children
