Current plans call for the building to stand at 415 feet (126 m) tall and contain 30 to 35 levels.[1] Construction is projected to begin when and if other City Creek residential spaces fill-up.[2] The Salt Lake City Planning Commission has approved the project.[1] Units are expected to range from 800 to 4,505 square feet (74 to 418.5 m2) with the prices still unknown.[2] Upon the completion of its construction the building will be among Utah's highest-standing structures.[2]
