High Fidelity HDTV is a Canadian licensed television broadcaster specializing in HD content. The company was launched in 2003 by co-founders John Panikkar and Ken Murphy, both of whom have been involved in the Canadian broadcasting industry for many years. High Fidelity HDTV is headquartered in Toronto, Ontario and it currently operates 4 HD channels and has plans to launch others as it currently has licences for 10 additional channels.

High Fidelity HDTV has an exclusive partnership with Rainbow Media Holdings, the largest distributor of High-definition content in the US and owner of the Voom HD Networks. Through this agreement, High Fidelity has access to Rainbow Media's vast HD programming from their 15 HD specialty services as well as licensing of the Voom brand in Canada. Three of the channels they have launched to date are Voom HD branded networks.
