Bamber Bridge , nearPreston ,Lancashire ,England . The club plays at the Irongate ground.The club joined the
North West Counties League in 1990-91, and won successive promotions in 1992 and 1993 to enter theNorthern Premier League . Bamber Bridge gained promotion to the Premier Division in 1995 and won the league championship at the first attempt, but the club was ineligible for promotion to the Conference. The team was unable to repeat that success, and slipped back down to the First Division, but gained promotion back to the Premier following the 2004 Conference expansion. Bamber Bridge's stay though was short-lived and the club was relegated back to the First Division for 2005-06. In 2007, it was announced that Bamber Bridge would play in the inaugural season of theNorthern Premier League Division One North .The club is currently managed by Phil Entwistle, assisted by Neil Crowe.
