In August 2007, the workers were awarded approximately £800,000 in compensation for breaches of employment law by the Simclar Group. Their abuses extend to the
United States as well. Those looking to invest in them or that already are should inquire into the mass layoffs despite reaping enormous tax credit benefits particularly at theOzark, Missouri facility. Apparently, said credits were sold for pennies on the dollar and exported with haste out of the country, no doubt lining Sam Russell's pocket.References
