Taavi Rähn (born May 16, 1981 in Pärnu) is an Estonian professional footballer, who plays in the Lithuanian A Lyga for FK Ekranas. He plays the position of defender or midfielder.

He started his professional career with FC Flora Tallinn as a centre-back, then moved on to the then Ukrainian Premier League club FC Volyn Lutsk and was employed as a defensive midfielder. He joined Ekranas in winter 2006. He is also an Estonia national football team player with over 30 caps to his name.

He will be best known outside Estonia and Lithuania for the spectacular own goal he scored playing against England in October 2007. In an attempt to clear the ball from outside his own box, he cleanly headed Ashley Cole's cross onto his own post, and past keeper and teammate Mart Poom.
