Roger Theder

Roger Theder

Roger Theder is an American college and professional football coach. He was the head coach of the Cal Golden Bears from 1978 to 1981, and was later an assistant coach for the Baltimore Colts and the San Diego Chargers. He is noted for his ability as a quarterback "guru".

Theder is an alumnus of Western Michigan University
