Forestry Innovation Investment Ltd. (FII) is a Provincial Government publicly owned, funded and operated company of the province of British Columbia, Canada.

It was set up by the government to promote BC wood products, educate on provincial forest practices, and provide forest research. FII Shanghai

FII operates a wholly-owned subsidiary in Shanghai for market development projects in China. FII Shanghai is responsible for building demonstration centres designed to showcase BC wood as a construction medium.

Governance

The Minister of Forests and Range is responsible for FII. Other board members include the Deputy Minister of Finance, the Assistant Deputy Minister of Management Services in the Ministry of Economic Development, and the Assistant Deputy Minister of Corporate Services in the Ministry of Forests and Range.
