The JP MorganChase Building is an office building located in San Francisco. The tower lies on Mission Street, on the border between South of Market and the Financial District. Designed by famed architect Cesar Pelli, the building stands 128 m, 420 feet tall and has about 655,000 square feet or 60,900 square metres of office space. It also has two levels of underground parking and a large plaza. About Convert|400000|sqft|m2|abbr=on|-4 of the building is leased to the major tenant JP Morgan Chase. This is one out of several new highrise projects completed or under construction on Mission Street since 2000, like The Paramount, the St. Regis Museum Tower, 301 Mission Street, 101 Second Street, and 555 Mission Street.
