Hisham Fouad Greis ( _ar. هشام فؤاد جريس) is an Egyptian athlete, one of only a few Egyptians to hold Gold medals in African athletic events.

Nagui Asaad ,Hassan Ahmed Hamad andMohamed Naguib Hamed , Greis formed one of the strongest Egyptian teams in throw events, which is considered by a lot of Egyptian sport experts to be the strongest team Egypt had.Achievements
