The St Peter's College Sports and Cultural Festival is hosted annually, in July, at the college and plays host to many Gauteng school teams, as well as other teams from around the country and elsewhere in Africa.
The drama department of St Peter's College boasts the winning prize for 'Best Play' at the RAPS Festival at the University of Witswatersrand in Johannesburg for 2005. Original productions such as 'Pulsations' and 'Unopened letters' have been performed at the college, as well as an adaptation of the Broadway Musical 'Chicago'.
St Peter's College celebrated its tenth year anniversary in 2008.
