Patrice Halgand (born 2 March, 1974 in St-Nazaire) is a French professional road racing cyclist, and is currently racing for the Crédit Agricole team. He was one of only three Festina team riders who were named as clean during the Festina doping scandal during the 1998 Tour de France.
