Cynthia Kaye McWilliams is an American actress. She played Kacee Franklin, C-Note's wife, in the TV series Prison Break.

She was also cast in the 2006 movie The Lake House. McWilliams currently plays Lilly Beauchamp in the Fox TV series The Chicago Code.
