Jason Barlow

Jason Barlow is a journalist and broadcaster [http://www.emap.com/press-office-item.asp?Resource=2474] from Bangor, County Down, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom.

He presented BBC2's motoring programme Wrong Car, Right Car from 2002 to 2003. He also fronted the BBC's "Top Gear" programme, and was presenter and associate editor on Channel 4's "driven". During Barlow's time at Top Gear viewing figures dropped dramatically leading the BBC to cancel the show. When the entire production team moved from the BBC to Channel Five to created Fifth Gear, Jason Barlow's involvement ceased. He is currently front of The Big New Preview Show on BSkyB's Sky Anytime service.

He is an editor and columnist on GQ magazine, a consultant editor for Cedar Communications, and writes for "The Times", "The Independent" and "The Erotic Review".

He was also editor of "CAR magazine" and previously on the staff of "Loaded", and "Performance Car". Currently, Barlow is the Editor at Large for Top Gear Magazine.

He has a Law degree from the University of Manchester, and a postgraduate diploma in journalism studies from the University of Cardiff. He is married and lives in Hertfordshire. He has one daughter.
