UFO sightings in France

This is a list of alleged sightings of unidentified flying objects or UFOs in France.

1954

* On September 10, 1954, a metallurgist witnesses two small beings boarding a UFO and flying into the sky. Strange things happened on the region on the following days. The case received notable media attention.

1965

* July 1, 1965, Valensole, Alpes-de-Haute-Provence. An agriculturist hears a UFO landing near him and observes two beings near it.

1967

* August 29, 1967, Cussac, Cantal. Two young brothers and sisters declare to had been the witnesses of a meeting with an ufo and their occupants.

1981

* The Trans-en-Provence Case is one of the rare cases where a UFO left material traces scientifically measurable. This event took place on January 8, 1981, in Trans-in-Provence, in the French departement of Var.
