Thomson International Legal and Regulatory

Thomson International Legal and Regulatory is The Thomson Corporation's strategic business unit that provides information solutions to legal, tax, accounting, intellectual property, business and government professionals. Formerly known as Thomson Legal and Regulatory, its North American operations were placed into the Thomson North American Legal and Tax and Accounting groups in October 2006.

Thomson International Legal and Regulatory's major brands include Aranzadi, Brookers, Compu-Mark, Fakta, Forlaget Thomson, IOB, La Ley, Lawbook Co., Round Hall, and Sweet & Maxwell.
