"The Dust Bowl Symphony" was recorded at Abbey Road Studios in London with the London Symphony Orchestra, and released in 1999, presenting mostly Griffith's own songs with an orchestral accompaniment. Darius Rucker duets with Griffith on Love At The Five And Dime, and the album also features contributions from Sonny Curtis and Glen Hardin, Beth Nielsen Chapman and Griffith's own band The Blue Moon Orchestra.
