William Wilcy "Cy" Moore (May 20, 1897 - March 29, 1963) is a former professional baseball player. He was a pitcher over parts of 6 seasons (1927-1933) with the New York Yankees and Boston Red Sox. He led the American League in ERA as a rookie in 1927 while playing for New York. For his career, he compiled a 51-44 record, with a 3.70 ERA and 204 strikeouts. In addition, Moore pitched in the 1927 and 1932 World Series, going 2-0 in three World Series appearances with a 0.56 ERA.

When he was being scouted in 1926, he claimed he was only 27, but records show that he was in 29, which helps to explain his precipitous decline. Even that figure is disputed, and there is a wide margin for error.

He was born in Bonita, Texas and later died in Hollis, Oklahoma at the age of 65.
