Alisa Agafonova (born January 15, 1991 in Kharkov, Ukraine) is a Ukrainian ice dancer. She competes with Dmitri Dun. The two have competed for three seasons on the Junior Grand Prix circuit and won the silver medal at the 2006 event in Taiwan.
