Baton Rouge, LA , 1967) is an American film and televisionactor and producer.Educated at
Louisiana State University and California State Northridge, His involvement in the entertainment industry began in 1988 after his enrollment at Cal State Northridge and his roles in student and independent films.In 1993 Kepper was cast with a reoccurring role in the television show "Almost There!"Since that time, Kepper has been active in the entertainment industry, most notably with his involvement as principal in Skinny Giraffe Films; a motion picture and television production company headquartered in New Orleans, LA. In late 2008 comes the murder trial involving Justin James, an 18 year old boy who was found dead in Kepper's apartment during filming of "
