In that one game he played, he did not have a hit in two at bats, but did receive one base on balls. As catcher, he did have one assist, and two putouts, but he also was charged with 4 errors, and 10 passed balls. Born in Newport, Kentucky, Jennings died in Cincinnati, Ohio, at the age of 43, and was buried at Evergreen Cemetery in Southgate, Kentucky.
