- Pont Ambroix
The Pont Ambroix or Pont d'Ambrussum (French for "Ambrussum Bridge") is a 1st century BC Roman bridge in the south of
France which was part of theVia Domitia . It crossed theVidourle atAmbrussum , between today'sGallargues-le-Montueux in theGard department andVilletelle in theHérault department. Today, only a single arch in the middle of the river remains.Further reading
