Henry Lyle Mulholland, 2nd Baron Dunleath (30 January 1854 – 22 March 1931), was an Irish Conservative Member of Parliament.

Dunleath was the son of John Mulholland, 1st Baron Dunleath. The Mulholland family were prominent in the cotton and linen industry in Ireland. He was elected to the British House of Commons for Londonderry North in 1885, a seat he held until 1895, when he succeeded his father in the barony and entered the House of Lords.

Lord Dunleath married Norah Louisa Fanny Ward, daughter of Hon. Somerset Ward, in 1881. Their eldest son Captain Hon. Andrew Edward Somerset Mulholland was killed in action in the First World War. Lord Dunleath died in March 1931, aged 77, and was succeeded in the barony by his second son Charles. His third son Hon. Henry became Speaker of the House of Commons of Northern Ireland and was created a Baronet in 1945. Lady Dunleath died in 1935.
