Paul J. Evanko is a former commissioner of the Pennsylvania State Police, as which he served from February 1995 until March 2003. [http://www.paed.uscourts.gov/documents/opinions/04D0183P.pdf] In that capacity, he was a member of the Governor's Cabinet under Governors Tom Ridge and Mark Schweiker.
