1995 , Finsoft is a software company who provide solutions and real-time transactional and information management systems to major investment banks as well as some of the most advanced bookmaking operators in world.Acquisition of Finsoft bookmaking division by GTECH
On July 2nd 2007 the bookmaking division of Finsoft was acquired by the GTECH corporation. Prior to the acquisition Finsoft's investment banking and collaborative business division and it's data quality and portolio management division were diverged to form Finsoft Financial Solutions Ltd and Fincore Ltd respectively. These sections remain under the ownership of the existing directors and shareholders.
GTECH itself is a wholly owned subsidiary of Lottomatica, S.p.A.
