Salonina Matidia from her second marriage to Lucius Scribonius Libo Rupilio Frugi or Bonus consul of88 , who died in101 .Their father was a man of consular rank who descended from Roman Republican nobility. Their mother was a niece to
Roman Emperor Trajan . Their elder half-sisters were VibiaMatidia Minor and Roman EmpressVibia Sabina . The sisters lived and were raised as apart of the household of Trajan and his wifePompeia Plotina . Roman EmperorHadrian was their brother-in-law and third cousin.
