DiC Kids Network

The "DiC Kids Network" (DKN) (a.k.a. "DiC Kids Block") was a children's programming block that aired selected DIC Entertainment programs on local FOX, MyNetwork TV, The CW and Independent stations to provide them with a source of Educational/Informational (E/I) programming required by federal law. It was first formed in 2003 and ended in fall 2008.

In early 2008, it was announced that the block would be revived as a digital subchannel service on February 17, 2009. [ [http://71.18.213.245/dev/dicdigital/index.html DIC E/I Block is Back! 2/17/09 ] ] However, following the Cookie Jar Group's acquisition of DiC in June 2008, it is unknown of the fate of the subchannel service.
