Kotla Vijay Bhaskar Reddy Indoor Stadium

Kotla Vijay Bhaskar Reddy Indoor Stadium is an indoor sporting arena located in Hyderabad, India. The capacity of the arena is 2,000 people. It hosted some events for the Afro-Asian Games in 2003.

This stadia has the a lot of potential talent in the form of children who come to learn Badminton and Basketball, and of late, also Roller Skating.

The administrator of this stadium is Mr. Nani Prasad, who works for the Sports Authority of Andhra Pradesh (SAAP), the government department which looks after the sports affairs of the state of Andhra Pradesh.

Since November 2007 the stadium has opened for practice Hyderabad's biggest roller skating rink, which is a 100m flat track. This rink was finally built by SAAP for the skaters of Mr. Abbas Iqbal Lasania who is Andhra Pradesh's first National Roller Skating (Speed) Champion and an International Coach whose students have been representing India at International Skating Competitions, both roller and ice.

The skating rink was a dream come true for the skaters of Hyderabad and it wouldn't have been possible without the persistent endeavours of one of Mr. Lasania's students' parent Mrs. Savita Reddy.

In less than two months, Mr. Lasania's skaters from "Lasania's Roller & Ice Skating Academy" proved their mettle by bagging two gold medals, two silver medals, and one bronze medal at the 53rd School Games Federation National Roller Skating Championship in Ahmedabad in December 2007.
