Football
Licking Heights has a lot of pride for its football team. Daren Waters(Head Coach) decided to change his approach for the Licking Heights football program. They act as a family instead of a team. Obviously the new approach is working since the Licking Height Hornets had their first winning season in a long time. The Hornets ended their 2007 season though short of a goal they wanted to reach. The only question is will the Hornet's keep up their new reputation. the coming up 2009 football season should be an interesting one, due to the fact that the class of 2010 senior girls will be trying out for the licking heights football team. 2007 Football Schedule and StatsLicking Heights 13, Northridge 3Watkins Memorial 35, Licking Heights 0Johnstown 24, Licking Heights 6West Jefferson 40, Licking Heights 6 Licking Heights 21, Berne Union 13Fisher Catholic 41, Licking Heights 10Licking Heights 1, Harvest Prep 0 Liberty Union 30, Licking Hts. 27, 3 OTLicking Heights 20, Grandview Heights 7Licking Heights 54, Millersport 0
