Sunset Records is one of the leading independent record labels and entertainment companies in the world. The Sunset Group of Entertainment Companies, and its global operation, acquire, develop, and distribute major music recording artists, home visual entertainment products, online-digital entertainment technologies and music and filmed entertainment worldwide. Sunset's four major divisions are the Sunset Distributed Label Group, the Sunset Strategic Marketing and Licensing Division, the Radio Sunset Network and the Sunset Filmed Entertainment Division. In 2006, Sunset started with the concept of using branded licensed material to work our way into retail stores around the world. Sunset Strategic Marketing (SSM) releases CDs, Boxed sets and DVD titles. SSM is the main record label for the licensed material, and Sunset Classics and Jazz releases include incredible smooth sounding jazz and licensed classical music while the Sunset Home Visual Entertainment (SHE) Division continues to releases home video titles. The Sunset Music Publishing Company owns and licenses the copyrights of this popular recorded music. This concept has paved the way for us to be able to sign quality new music today, and be able to work new music artists in the same way we delivered our licensed product. Zamza's, Turn To You was the first official release at the Sunset Records on July 11, 2007. Grayscale soon followed with That Flawless Flashing Day and today, Sunset has a major Indy presence with many releases throughout all of the labels. It's distribution is through CBuJ Entertainment located in Nashville, TN.
A Privatly Owned Don Lichterman Company.
