Central Queensland Ports Authority

The Central Queensland Ports Authority is statutory body owned by the Government of Queensland.
It operates the Port of Gladstone and Port Alma.
It was formed on 1 July 2004 following the merger of the Gladstone Port Authority and the Rockhampton Port Authority.
