description=The medal is circular sampaguita wreath consisting of forty-six (46) the leaves and twenty (20) buds in gold. An anodized equilateral triangle with a small disc at the tips and placed over the wreath stands for good deed; the star for notable achievements; and the three discs represent the three major islands of the Philippines.
The ribbon has four green stripes interlined with three white stripes.
