New Music Weekly

New Music Weekly is a nationally distributed trade magazine for the radio and music industries. NMW has dedicated sections of each weekly magazine towards the progression of Top40/Pop, Country, AC/Hot, and College music. Features include editorials, highlights of top singles impacting radio, and new music spotlights. "SoundCheck" is a weekly column, written by Jon Hudson, covering the social impact of hip-hop.

The New Music Awards are a beano for Music artists, musicians, radio programmers, music directors, radio stations, and industry executives who work in America's most popular music genre.[clarification needed][1]
