The "Curse of the Cave Creatures" is a gamebook by R. L. Stine, from a spinoff of the Give Yourself Goosebumps series.
ynopsis
The main character goes exploring in a cave. He finds an animal skull and drops it. Suddenly a Shaman appears and tells him that he has displeased the cave spirit. The main character, depending on the reader's choosing, turns into either a spellcaster or hunter. If the main character becomes a spellcaster, he must fight a skeleton, a witch, and a fire spirit. If the main character becomes a hunter, he has to fight a snake, a lion, and a couple of Dinosaurs.

Endings
There are over 20 endings. One of the endings has the main character turned into a giant butterfly, or even run over by a Jeep.
