His concept for a personal mobility vehicle (PMV ) for the common man, adiwheel vehicle is ready to go to the prototype development stage and Pal has been trying to get companies interested in it, so far with little success.Pal is not a qualified designer or

Afterdropping out of theAll India Institute of Medical Sciences in1982 , he took toelectronics andprototyping as ahobby when he was inGorakhpur living with his late mother (she died in 1982). He designed aDXing radio receiver when he was 14, which never worked; however, he designed his owncircuit and made all thePCBs himself. He did freelance projects forMaruti andHonda Power. In 2000,Honda Power product'sengineering department inUttarkhand had designed acharging genset with a technical flaw. So, theIndian Army didn’t give the genset clearance. Pal designed anSMPS basedvoltage regulator for the genset, after which it was accepted by thearmy .Patents
