The Aurora building is a proposed construction project that if granted

At its height of 109 metres, 37 storeys, it would be the tallest building inNorthern Ireland . The proposed location of the Belfast tower is on the corner of Great Victoria and Ventry Street (the site formerly home to the city center's last petrol station). Great Victoria Street also fronts other notable buildings in Belfast such as the Grand Opera House, theEuropa Hotel andThe Crown Liquor Saloon . Obel Tower , which is due to be completed in 2010.
