The Sentinel Building, on Centralia, Illinois' East Broadway, has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since the spring of 1978. The building is one of six properties in Marion County listed on the Register. Some of the others include the William Jennings Bryan Boyhood Home, in Salem, the Bardollet House, also in Salem, and the Illinois Central Railroad Water Tower and Pump House, in Kinmundy.
