Byron Morrow

Byron Morrow

Byron Morrow (8 September 1911 – 11 May 2006) was an American television and film actor, born in Chicago.

His TV work ran from "Peter Gunn" in 1957 to "Father Dowling Mysteries" in 1991. He often played authority figures, including seven appearances as a judge in "Perry Mason".

He appeared in two episodes of the original series of "" - in "Amok Time" as Admiral Komack, and in "For the World is Hollow and I Have Touched the Sky" as an unnamed Admiral (named as Westlievet in the script but which may have been intended as Komack when Morrow returned). The first was the first appearance of an admiral in the original series. He also played Admiral Nimitz in the pilot episode of Baa Baa Black Sheep"
