Scott Harrison .Limond lost the
Commonwealth Lightweight title toAmir Khan in the 8th round onJuly 14 2007 . He had knocked Khan down earlier in the fight but ultimately failed to defeat the 2004 Olympic Silver medallist Khan.However, he defeated Martin Watson for the vacant IBO Inter-Continental title on 29th March 2008 on a unanimous points decision, which placed him back in the reckoning for a world title fight.
