Unterseeboot 11 (also known as U-11) was a German Type IIB U-boat built before World War II for service in the Kriegsmarine. It was commissioned on September 21 1935, by Kapitänleutnant Hans-Rudolf Rösing in command. It was part of several school flotillas in its 10-year career, but defeated or damaged no ships.
Fate
It was scuttled on May 3 1945 in the Kiel. The wreck was broken up.
