"Mind Over Body" is the second complete studio release by the Brazilian Progressive metal band Mindflow, released in 2006. Similar to its predecessor, "Just the Two of Us... Me and Them", it is a concept album.

"Mind Over Body" deals with the importance of spiritual thinking and self-knowledge, as the title indicates, however, due to the band's wide use of symbols, imagery and metaphors, the themes of the album can prove difficult for the listener to interpret, only by hearing the lyrics alone. Because of this, and in order to create the right atmosphere for the listener, a comic book comes with the album which explains the plot of the albums' longest track "Follow Your Instinct."
