West Geauga High School

West Geauga High School is a public high school in Chesterland, Ohio. It is the only high school in the West Geauga Local Schools district, and serves Chesterland, the Geauga portion of Hunting Valley, most of the unincorporated part of Russell Township, and a small part of Munson Township. Their nickname is the Wolverines.

History

West Geauga High School opened in 1953. Athletics

The West Geauga Wolverines compete in the Chagrin Valley Conference. They play competitively in Division 2 and Division 1. The current sport offering is football, boys and girls soccer, boys and girls tennis, cross country, volleyball, golf, wrestling, hockey, gymnastics, swimming, boys and girls basketball, track, baseball, softball, lacrosse, and fencing.
