United States in the mid-1980s, and during this period he collaborated with horrornovelist Stephen King on King's directional debut, "Maximum Overdrive ".An accident occurred on
31 July ,1985 , during shooting in asuburb ofWilmington ,North Carolina . Aradio controlled lawnmower used in a scene went out of control and struck a block of wood used as a camera support, shooting out wood splinters which injured Nannuzzi, thedirector of photography on the production. As a result of this incident, Nanuzzi lost aneye .Nannuzzi sued
Stephen King onFebruary 18 ,1987 for $18 million in damages due to unsafe working practices. The suit was settled out of court.Filmography
