Jason McLaughlin (born April 14, 1982 in Provo, Utah) is an American soccer player. He currently plays both midfielder and forward for the Atlanta Silverbacks of the USL First Division.

While born in Utah, McLaughlin grew up in Wetumpka, Alabama. He attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham, playing on the men’s soccer team from 2000 to 2005. He scored 15 goals and assisted on 13 others during his college career.

In 2005, McLaughlin played with the Augusta Fireball of the Premier Development League. On January 11, 2007, the Silverbacks traded him and Fabian Dawkins to the Montreal Impact in exchange for Mauricio Salles and Dan Antoniuk.
