The 2007
Down Under Classic was the second consecutive edition of the cycling race held inAdelaide ,Australia since its foundation in 2006. The race was the official warm-up for the2007 Tour Down Under .The race started off with 111 international professional cyclists for an approxiamete 1-hour criterium over 50 kilometres (25 laps of 2 km) in and around Adelaide. Early in the race several groups of riders tried their luck in breakaway groups but none succeeded and it all came together for a mass sprint, which was won by
Mark Renshaw , who finished in front of seven more Australians.Enrico Degano in 9th position was the first non-Australian to cross the line.Top 10 results
