It produces a report of differences as well as color highlighting each differing cell. To avoid altering the worksheets being compared it highlights automatically made copies instead.

Unique amongst spreadsheet comparison tools it can align both rows and columns in the two workbooks being compared. This is useful when the modifications include the addition of new rows and the deletion of existing ones.
