Bamda is a village in the Nyingchi Prefecture in the south-east of the Tibet Autonomous Region of China, roughly 1,000 km from Lhasa. It lies at an altitude of 4,400 metres. The village is located 22 km east of Qoiden and about 32 km from the border with Sichuan.
