Roy O'Brien (born November 27 1974) is an Irish professional footballer currently playing for Dorchester in the Conference South.

Before this he had a successful stint at Yeovil Town, playing mainly at right back and becoming a cult hero amongst the fans. He started his career at Arsenal, despite making no appearances, and also spent time at Cork City. He joined Weymouth halfway through the 2004-05 season, after impressing while on loan from Yeovil, where he stayed until the end of season 2006-07, spending the last 5 months of his tenure at the Wessex Stadium as player-coach.
